Siouxland Medical Doctor’s, Inc., PC. (SMDI), formed in 1986, is a locally owned, Independent Physician Organization (IPA), located in 31 counties, tri-state (IA, NE, SD) area. We represent 350+ providers in all specialties that provide the highest quality care. We are the sponsor of Patient Preferred™ in affiliation with Coventry, to provide Aetna Leap plans.
